Terms of Service & Health/Fitness Waiver

1. Testing / beta program

Sporava is currently in an early testing period. The service is provided free of charge during this period: no payment is required and no card or account will be charged for any plan, trial, or feature shown as part of testing, regardless of any price displayed. Features may change, be removed, or stop working without notice; your data (including sessions, plans, and messages) may be reset, lost, or become unrecoverable at any time; and uptime, accuracy, and availability are not guaranteed. Do not rely on Sporava as your only record of your training, health information, or communications with a coach during this period. We will announce clearly, in the app, when the testing period ends and any real billing begins — nothing is charged automatically before that announcement.

2. Not medical advice

Sporava provides general training, nutrition and coaching content, including AI-generated cues and plans. Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified physician before starting or changing any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have any health condition, injury, are pregnant, or take medication.

3. Assumption of risk

Physical activity carries inherent risk of injury, illness, or death. By using Sporava you voluntarily assume all such risks. You are solely responsible for your safety, technique, hydration, environment, equipment, and decisions.

4. Release, waiver and hold harmless

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release, waive, discharge and hold harmless Sporava, its operators, affiliates, coaches on the platform, and all associated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action of any kind arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to injury, illness, death, property damage, or loss.

5. Coach-athlete relationships

Any coach-athlete relationship formed through Sporava is strictly between those parties. Sporava is a tool and is not responsible for the qualifications, decisions, plans, or conduct of any coach or athlete.

6. AI content

AI-generated plans, cues and nutrition guidance are automated suggestions and may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsafe for your situation. Do not rely on them without independent judgment.

7. Age

You must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian oversight.

8. Limitation of liability & indemnification

Service is provided AS IS without warranties of any kind. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Sporava in the previous 12 months. You agree to indemnify Sporava against claims arising from your use of the service or breach of these terms.

9. Dispute resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration and you waive class action rights, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Your acceptance of these Terms is recorded together with the date, browser, and IP address (where available) at signup. Withdrawing consent means you cannot continue using Sporava. Contact legal@sporava.com for questions about these Terms.
